- Coriander Seeds: 1 cup
- Cloves: 1 tbsp
- Peppercorns: 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon: 1 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds: ⅛ cup
- Heat ¼ tsp of oil in a pan. Add cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon and stir till they turn slightly brown.
- Add fennel seeds and stir fry till slightly brown. Take it aside.
- Add coriander seeds and stir fry till brown.
- Let all the spices cool down and then grind to a fine powder. Store in air tight container.
