If we have a series of consecutive veggie days, I need to think of ways of making the veg meals interesting. Paneer recipes like Paneer capsicum masala and Paneer Bhurji often come to my resuce then. This chatpata paneer recipe is tangy and spicy and I often serve it as a side dish with dal fry-roti or dal fry-rice. The tangy and spicy taste of this chatpata paneer recipe has made it a hit at my home and I have served it in different ways. At times I chop the paneer pieces to a smaller size and place the chatpata paneer on toasted bread and chatpata paneer toasties are ready. Thus chatpata paneer can be served as a snack too ?
