For the Brownie:
Self raising flour: 100 gm
Eggs: 2
Butter: 100 gm
Cocoa Powder: 3 tbsp
Cream Cheese: 200 gm
Vanilla Essence: 1/2 tsp
Sugar: 1 cup

For the Fudge:
Butter: 50 gm
Milk: 1 tbsp
Icing Sugar: 100 gm
Cocoa Powder: 2 tbsp

Method of Preparation:

To make brownie

  1. Beat together the cream cheese, vanilla essence and 5 tbsp sugar till smooth. Keep aside.
  2. Beat the eggs and the rest of the sugar till the sugar mixes well. Keep aside.
  3. Beat together the melted butter and cocoa powder till it blends well. Add this to the egg mixture and whisk well.
  4. Fold in the self raising flour and whisk well.

  1. Grease a cake pan. Pour half the brownie mixture in the pan and level it properly. Pour the cream cheese mixture over it. Next, cover with the rest of the brownie mixture. (What we are doing here is sandwiching the cream cheese mixture between the brownie mixture)
  2. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the cake for 40 minutes.

To make fudge

  1. Mix the melted butter with milk.
  2. Add icing sugar and cocoa powder and mix well till smooth.
  3. Apply the fudge evenly over the baked cake. Let cool till the fudge hardens.
