Mint Yogurt chutney or Mint Chutney with Yogurt combines the goodness of mint and yoghurt and is generally served with tandoori, kebabs and tikkis (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian)
Ingredients
Mint leaves: 1 cup
Green Chilly: 1
Yogurt: ½ cup
Cream: 2 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Instructions
Grind the mint leaves and green chilly to a course paste.
Mix the paste with yogurt, cream and salt.
