Avocado Deviled Eggs

- Eggs: 6
- Avocado: 1 ripe peeled and pitted
- Lemon Juice: 1 and ½ tsp
- Mayonnaise: 3 tbsp
- Mustard Powder: ¼ tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Mixed herbs: As required
- Boil eggs and cut them into two pieces vertically. Separate the egg white and egg yolk.
- Mix egg yolk and all the other ingredients together except herbs and beat to make a smooth mixture.
- Put a portion of the mixture in the egg white. I used an icing bag to pipe the mixture into the egg white.
- Sprinkle herbs as required over the eggs and serve.
