Avocado Deviled Eggs

Avocado Deviled Eggs is a healthy and tasty appetizer which is very easy to make and gets ready quite quickly.
Ingredients
  • Eggs: 6
  • Avocado: 1 ripe peeled and pitted
  • Lemon Juice: 1 and ½ tsp
  • Mayonnaise: 3 tbsp
  • Mustard Powder: ¼ tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Mixed herbs: As required
Instructions
  1. Boil eggs and cut them into two pieces vertically. Separate the egg white and egg yolk.
  2. Mix egg yolk and all the other ingredients together except herbs and beat to make a smooth mixture.
  3. Put a portion of the mixture in the egg white. I used an icing bag to pipe the mixture into the egg white.
  4. Sprinkle herbs as required over the eggs and serve.
