Here is what you can make with over-ripe bananas in the kitchen- A super moist and super soft Banana Bread which is extremely delicious
Ingredients
  • All-Purpose Flour: 2 cups
  • Bicarbonate of Soda: 1 tsp
  • Salt: ¼ tsp
  • Eggs: 2
  • Butter: ½ cup melted
  • Brown Sugar: ¾ cup
  • Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
  • Over ripe bananas: 2 and ⅓ cup
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Grease a loaf pan with oil\butter.
  2. Sift together the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
  3. Mix together brown sugar and butter. Beat well.
  4. Beat eggs and add to butter-sugar mixture.
  5. Add mashed bananas and vanilla essence to sugar- butter mixture and beat well.
  6. Add the liquid mixture from step 5 to the flour and mix well.
  7. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Let bake for 1 hour or till toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into slices.
