Lehsuni Dahi Palak

Dahi Palak is a very easy preparation of Palak with curd (Dahi). The garlic (Lehsun) adds a very nice taste to this dish.
Ingredients
  • Mustard Seeds: ½ tsp
  • Palak (Spinach): 3 cups finely chopped
  • Garlic: 12 cloves crushed or chopped
  • Chickpea Flour(Besan): 2 tbsp
  • Curd: 2 tbsp
  • Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  • Salt : 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, close lid and let splutter.
  2. Add palak and chili powder. Add little water, close lid and let cook.
  3. Mix besan with curd and 2 tbsp water and make smooth paste.
  4. Add besan mixture to the palak and add salt. Mix well.
  5. Add 1 tsp oil in a separate pan and add crushed garlic to it. Stir fry till brown. Add to palak.
