Egg Curry

This simple egg curry using simple ingrediengts is very easy to make and gets ready in a jiffy. It tastes best when eaten with Dinner Rolls (Pav).
Ingredients
  • Eggs: 6
  • Green Chilies: 2 slit vertically
  • Onion: 1 large finely chopped
  • Garlic: 4 cloves finely chopped
  • Coriander: 2 tbsp chopped
  • Chili Powder: ½ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala: ½ tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Water: 1 and ½ cup
Instructions
  1. Hard boil the eggs. Peel and cut into very small pieces.
  2. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Stir fry the onion, green chilies and garlic till onion is translucent.
  3. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the chopped eggs, coriander and water. mix well. Close lid and let simmer for 2- 3 minutes on low heat.
