Boondi Raita is the perfect side dish to go with parathas or rice dishes like pulav or biryani. It also tastes great with rotis. In fact my hubby and I also like to eat it just plain.
Ingredients
Boondi: 1 cup
Yogurt: 1 cup
Chili Powder: ½ tsp
Cumin Powder: ½ tsp
Salt: to taste
Coriander: 2 tbsp finely chopped
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients except the boondi together and keep aside.
Mix in the boondi just before serving.
