Teesryache Sukhe or Clams Dry Masala is one of the tastiest and easiest Goan preparations which is a treat for all seafood lovers.
Ingredients
  • Scrapped Coconut: ½ cup
  • Kokum(Solan): 6-8
  • Onion: 2 small finely chopped
  • Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder: 1-2 tsp
  • Garam Masala: 1 tsp
  • Green Chilly: 2 slit vertically
  • Salt: 2 tsp
  • Clams: 2 kg (Only half the shell with meat is used)
  • Potato: 1 small chopped into small pieces
  • Coriander: 4 tbsp finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a pan with little water.
  2. Close lid and let cook till potato and clams are completely cooked.
