A very simple Atta Ladoo recipe which is quite easy to make and tasty too.
Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour: 3 cups
Semolina: ½ cup
Powdered Sugar: 1 cup
Ghee: Little less than 1 cup
Cardamom Powder: 1 tsp
Instructions
Heat a pan. Dry roast the semolina till slightly brown. Add whole wheat flour and dry roast till color changes. Keep stirring continuously to avoid burning. Keep aside and let cool.Add sugar and ghee to the whole wheat flour and mix well.
Roll into small round ladoos.
