A very simple Atta Ladoo recipe which is quite easy to make and tasty too.
Ingredients
  • Whole Wheat Flour: 3 cups
  • Semolina: ½ cup
  • Powdered Sugar: 1 cup
  • Ghee: Little less than 1 cup
  • Cardamom Powder: 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Heat a pan. Dry roast the semolina till slightly brown. Add whole wheat flour and dry roast till color changes. Keep stirring continuously to avoid burning. Keep aside and let cool.Add sugar and ghee to the whole wheat flour and mix well.
  2. Roll into small round ladoos.
