Paneer Capsicum Masala combines the delightful combination of paneer and capsicum into a mouth watering side dish.
Ingredients
  • Paneer: 1 and ½ cup paneer cubes
  • Capsicum: 1 chopped
  • Onion: 1 medium chopped
  • Tomato: 1 and ½
  • Chili Powder: ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder: ½ tsp
  • Ginger Paste: ½ tsp
  • Garlic Paste: ½ tsp
  • Coriander seeds: 1 tsp
  • Dry red chilly: 1
  • Salt: to taste
Instructions
  1. Dry roast the coriander seeds and red chilly. Grind it along with 1 tomato to fine paste.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic paste and onions. Saute till onion is translucent.
  3. Add ½ tomato and saute.
  4. Add tomato puree, chili powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Add capsicum and paneer. Add ¼ cup water and allow it to boil and thicken.
  6. Garnish with coriander.
