Paneer Capsicum Masala

- Paneer: 1 and ½ cup paneer cubes
- Capsicum: 1 chopped
- Onion: 1 medium chopped
- Tomato: 1 and ½
- Chili Powder: ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder: ½ tsp
- Ginger Paste: ½ tsp
- Garlic Paste: ½ tsp
- Coriander seeds: 1 tsp
- Dry red chilly: 1
- Salt: to taste
- Dry roast the coriander seeds and red chilly. Grind it along with 1 tomato to fine paste.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic paste and onions. Saute till onion is translucent.
- Add ½ tomato and saute.
- Add tomato puree, chili powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
- Add capsicum and paneer. Add ¼ cup water and allow it to boil and thicken.
- Garnish with coriander.
