Poha Kheer is a very easy and quick to make Indian sweet. It is commonly made in Goa on the occasion of Diwali, but is also served for breakfast very often.
Ingredients
Poha: 1 and ½ cup
Milk: 2 cups
Sugar: 8 tsp
Salt: A pinch
Instructions
Wash the poha and drain all the water.
Add milk and sugar to the poha and bring to boil. Add more sugar if required as per your taste.
Add salt after taking off the flame. Garnish with dry fruits.
