- Cauliflower (Gobhi): Small Gobhi cut into florets
- Onion: 2 medium
- Ginger: ½ inch piece
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Tomatoes: 2 medium finely chopped
- Yogurt: ½ cup
- Green Chilly: 1
- Coriander Powder: ¼ tsp
- Cumin Powder: ¼ tsp
- Turmeric Powder: ¼ tsp
- Chili Powder: ½ tsp
- Garam masala: ¼ tsp
- Oil: ¼ cup
- Coriander: 2 tbsp finely chopped
- Salt: to taste
- Grind onions,green chilly, ginger and garlic into a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry the onion paste till brown.
- Add tomatoes and curd and stir fry till oil separates.
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Stir well.
- Add cauliflower florets. Close lid and let cook till cauliflower is cooked.
- Garnish with coriander.
