- Methi: 1 bunch cleaned and chopped finely.
- Garlic: 4-5 cloves crushed
- Onion: 1 big finely chopped
- Tomato: 1 medium finely chopped
- Green chili: 1 big slit vertically
- Grated Coconut: 1 tsp
- Jaggery: 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp
- Salt: to taste
- In a pan, heat oil and stir fry the onion and green chili till onion is translucent.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add tomato and salt and stir fry till soft.
- Add methi leaves and mix well. Close lid and let cook till methi is cooked.
- Add coconut and jaggery and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- In a separate tadka pan, heat oil and stir fry the crushed garlic till brown. Add garlic to the methi bhaji.
