- Tender Coconut Water: 1 cup
- Tender Coconut Flesh: 1 cup
- Milk: 2 cups
- China Grass Strands: ½ cup
- Sweetened Condensed Milk: ½ cup
- Puree the tender coconut flesh in a blender and keep aside.
- Add the china grass strands to the tender coconut water and heat till it melts.
- Simultaneously mix together the milk and condensed milk and bring to boil. To this, add the coconut water.
- Remove and keep aside for 5 mins to cool.
- Add to it, the tender coconut puree and mix well.
- Pour into individual bowls and keep in fridge to set.
