Cheese Omelette Recipe

A very simple recipe which you can make for breakfast or as a snack. You can add your own variations to it – for e.g. skip the cheese if you do not like it, or maybe add garlic if you like it, etc.
Ingredients
  • Eggs: 5
  • Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder: ¼ tsp
  • Onion: 1 finely chopped
  • Tomato: 1 finely chopped
  • Cheese: ¼ cup grated
  • Salt: to taste
  • Oil/Butter: to fry
Instructions
  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well.
  2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, onion, tomato and salt and beat well.
  3. Heat oil/butter in a flat frying pan and spread around to grease the pan properly. Pour 2 ladleful of eggs mixture over the pan and spread around.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese over it.
  5. Cook till golden brown on both sides.
