Creamy tomato pasta is an easy to make pasta recipe which uses simple ingredients which are readily available.
Ingredients
  • Pasta: 1 and ½ cup
  • Tomato Puree: ¼ cup
  • Onion: 1 big finely chopped
  • Tomatoes: 2 medium finely chopped
  • Garlic: 3-4 cloves finely chopped
  • Pepper: 1-2 tsp
  • Salt: to taste:
  • Cream: ¼ cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese: ¼ cup
  • Parmesan Cheese: ½ cup
  • Butter: 1 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Boil the pasta in sufficient water with a little salt and 1 tsp oil. Let boil till cooked. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a kadai, heat the butter. Add the onion and garlic and stir fry till translucent.
  3. Add the tomatoes and add a little salt and stir fry. Let cook till soft.
  4. Add tomato puree, cream and pepper and mix well. Let cook on low heat and boil.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and give it a good mix.
  6. Add mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese and mix well. Your creamy tomato pasta is ready to serve.
