- Onion: 3 cups finely sliced
- Chickpea flour (Besan): 1 cup
- Rice flour: 4 tbsp
- Baking Soda: ¼ tsp
- Carom Seeds: ¼ tsp
- Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp
- Coriander: ½ cup chopped
- Chilli Powder: 2-3 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
- Ginger Paste: ½ tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for deep frying
- Heat oil in a deep bottom pan.
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above with around ¾ cup water and mix well.
- Drop 1 tsp of pakoda batter in the hot oil and fry till golden brown and crispy
