Prawns Dangar (Goan Prawn Cutlet)

- Semolina: 1 cup
- Prawns: 2 cup small
- Scrapped Coconut: ¼ cup
- Onion: 1 large finely chopped (around 1 cup)
- Coriander: 2 tbsp finely chopped
- Chili Powder: 2 and ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
- Garam Masala: ½ tsp
- Water: ¼ to ½ cup
- Salt: to taste
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above to make thick mixture.
- Divide the mixture into small parts.
- Take each part and flatten it using your palm.
- Heat oil in a flat frying pan and shallow fry the dangar till golden brown on both sides.
If the size of the Prawns is big, then cut it into small pieces.
