Fresh Curds and a slightly tangy mango – result? This truly awesome Mango Raita
Here is a simple to make raita that is a must have in this mango season. Serve it as an accompaniment with any rice dish or with paratha, it will give a fresh look to any meal.

Ingredients:
Mango : 1 (Cut into small cubes)
Curds : 1 cup (preferably thick)
Cumin Powder : 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : as per taste
Coriander : for garnishing
Method of Preparation:
- Add the curds to a mixer unit and run for a few seconds till you have a smooth texture.
- Add all the ingredients and mix well. Garnish with coriander.
Keep in refrigerator and serve chilled.
