Methi Prawns Masala is a delectable combination of prawns and methi or fenugreek leaves in a onion tomato base. This spicy methi prawns masala recipe is very tasty and truly qualifies for some finger licking ?
Prawns are a favorite at my place. I love prawns so much that I think that people who haven’t tasted prawns are truly missing out on something :). Needless to mention, I also enjoy trying out different recipes with prawns as most likely it is sure to turn out great. A few months back I got a bunch of methi leaves and hubby said he was bored of methi. It immediately rang an alert for me – Methi is among the few green things that hubby used to like and striking off that from my grocery chart was a big no-no. It was time to churn out an interesting recipe with methi leaves. Thats when I thought of combining methi leaves and prawns. The result was a tasty methi prawns masala that has frequented by menu several times since then.
Some of our other interesting prawn recipes are Prawn Toast (an innovative appetizer recipe), Spicy Beer Prawns (for some completely out of box cooking ;)), Prawn Stuffed Parval (to add some glamour to the parval), Butter Garlic Masala Prawns (and I am droooling by the thought of it :))
