A warm soup just does wonders on a cold evening. And if the soup is a healthy and easy to make one- well it soon becomes mommys favorite. My husband and little one also loved it 
With a toothless toddler at home – soups need to be on my menu regularly. This simple recipe has really proved a boon for me 
Ingredients:
Tomato : 2 (Medium) roughly chopped
Carrot : 2 (Medium) roughly chopped
Onion : 1 (small) roughly chopped
Oil : 2 tsp
Fresh cream : 1 tsp
Pepper : as per taste
Salt : as per taste
Coriander : for garnishing
Method of Preparation:
- Heat oil in a skillet and add the chopped onion.
- Once the onion turns slightly soft, add the tomato and carrots. Let it cook till the tomatoes turn soft.
- Remove from flame, cool slightly and add to a mixer unit and grind till you have a smooth paste. You can add around 1/2 cup water.
- Transfer back to the skillet, add salt and pepper and bring to boil.
- Add the fresh cream and mix well. Remove from flame after a minute and garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve hot.
