Dal parathas or leftover dal parathas as the name suggests uses left-over dal for making the paratha dough. Just a few other basic ingredients and you can transform the dal into delicious hot parathas.
Dal is one thing which we often end up making in excess. And having the same dal the next day is kinda boring. So this is my way of using up the dal in a nice way. I am sure most of us would have our own versions of dal parathas. Parathas serve as a great breakfast, snack or tiffin box option and these dal parathas are no different. Apply some butter, roll-up and put in your little ones tiffin- healthy and tasty :). Or simply serve the dal parathas with butter, fresh curds or pickle and they will be over in no time ?
For me parathas serve as excellent monday meal option as its a no-onion, no-garlic day at my place. Some of the parathas that I end up making quite often are C3 Paratha, Methi Paratha, Peppy Paneer Paratha to name a few.
