Spring Onion and Potato cutlets are absolutely easy to make. Requiring just few simple ingredients, these spring onion and potato cutlets prove to be an excellent quick snack or tiffin box option. Makes : 9 – 10 cutlets
Preparation Time : 10 min
Cooking Time : 15 min
Ingredients :
Spring Onion : 3/4th cup (finely chopped)
Potato : 1 cup (boiled and smashed)
Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp
Raw Mango Powder : 1/4 th tsp
Bread Crumbs : 1/2 -3/4 cup
Salt : as per taste
Method of Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
- Divide the dough into around 9-10 parts and make round balls.
- Flatten each ball to a shape of your choice. Now we need to shallow fry these spring onion and potato cutlets.
- Add 2 tsp of oil on a frying pan. Roll each cutlet in bread crumbs to uniformly coat each cutlet. Place the coated cutlet on the pan and fry till it appears lightly golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with Coconut Coriander Chutney, tomato sauce or Mint Chutney.
