Aamras is basically mango pulp. If you like mangoes you are bound to love aamras. It is typically eaten with pooris and aamras-poori is a famous delicacy especially made for certain festivities. This mango season I have made all my favorite sweets like Mango Parfait, Mango cheesecake, Mango Kalakand and many more. Aamras Poori however makes a dinner in itself at my place. ? And if I make it for breakfast, it nice and sweet start to the day ?

Ingredients :
Mango : 2
Milk : 1/4th cup
Sugar : 2 tsp
Method of Preparation:
- Extract the mango pulp. You should have approximately 2 cups of pulp
- Grind together the mango pulp with milk and sugar till you have a smooth paste. You may need to reduce or increase the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of the mangoes used.
