Crispy Chocolate bites or chocolate pakoras are a combination of wheat flakes and dry fruits dipped in melted chocolate. These Crispy chocolate bites are very easy to prepare and serve as a great quick snack option. It also proved a handy snack for my little toddler during our road trip
During the first year, I baked a cake at my little ones every month birthday
Now that seems to have become a habit. Even if I don’t bake a cake, I try to at least make a sweet or a dessert. Chocolate and Vanilla Creams, Mango Parfait, Strawberry Banana Pudding are some of the desserts that were made for the first time on her month bdays :). This time I was kinda pressed for time as we were supposed to travel on the next day. But of course I didn’t want to miss on this new found custom. Since it was a Monday, I needed some egg-less option. Long back I had read about these chocolate pakoras on some magazine. I thought this was a good time to try it out. It was very easy to make, required ingredients that I had and most importantly didn’t need much time. It seemed like a perfect sweet something for my little one. And as mentioned proved a great travel snack for our upcoming trip.
