Paneer Bhurji is a simple preparation with grated paneer. This Paneer Bhurji recipe is a no-onion, no-garlic one. Also this recipe uses capsicum just to give it a slight twist, but the capsicum can be skipped if you wish.
Mondays are a no-onion, no garlic day for me. Thus I always try to experiment something new for Monday dinners. Some of my successful ones ( ? ) are Methi Appe, Tomato Cheese Muffin, Peppy Paneer Paratha – to name a few. ?
