Ingredients:
Cucumber : 1
Mint leaves : 8
Lemon Juice : 2 tbsp
Sugar : 3 tsp
Chilled Water : 2 cups
Salt : a pinch
Ice : as required
Method of Preparation:
- Peel cucumber, discard the ends as they are bitter. Cut into cubes.
- In a blender, add cucumber, mint, sugar and salt and blend well till there are no pieces of cucumber or mint leaves.
- Add water to the blender and strain the juice. Discard the cucumber residue.
- Add lemon juice and mix.
- Pour in glasses and serve. You can add ice if required.
