Fruit Salad

All desserts need not be high in calories. Take this delicious fruit salad for example. It tastes great, is very simple to make and a perfect dessert for the calorie conscious. You can even skip the sugar in this dessert if it worries you, it would still taste great :)

Ingredients:

Banana: 2
Mango:1
Apple: 1
Grapes: 10-12
Milk: 1-2 cups
Sugar: 6 tsp
Cashew Nuts: 5-6 broken into pieces

Method of Preparation:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Serve Chilled.
