Green Peas Kebab is a healthy and tasty green peas recipe which is very simple and serves as a great appetizer. It is also a very quick recipe and acts as savior when you have guests coming over on short notice and you still want to make something different and delicious.
Green peas are loved by almost everyone, especially kids. My daughter has always loved green peas and I remember boiling them, adding a little butter to it and giving it to her ever since she was so little.
Usually when there is some veggie which is such a favorite with your kid, it starts figuring in your menu very often. I make Mutter Palak, Green Peas and Mint Pulav and Mutter Paneer very often. In addition to these, I also end up adding green peas to several other recipes (Egg Sun N Snow, Mixed veggies Tonak,Beetroot Cutlets, Hot and Sour Idli), just to make it attractive to my daughter The Green peas kebab is another addition to this list.
