Makes : 30 oats vegetable coins

Ingredients :
Oats : 1 cup
Potato : 2 (medium to large) boiled and mashed
Carrot : 1 (boiled)
Green Chili : 2 (finely chopped)
Cumin Powder : 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder : 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala : 1/3 tsp
Bread : 1-2 slice powdered (optional)
Salt : as per taste
Method of Preparation:
- Dry roast the oats for 5-7 minutes. Remove from flame and let it cool a little.
- Mix the oats with the ingredients to form a thick batter (almost a dough). The number of bread slices can be altered or skipped. Its only included to add some firmness to the batter.
- Divide the dough into around 30 parts. lightly roll and flatten each part (refer pics)
- Heat an appe pan and add few drops of oil in each cavity. Place the dough parts in each cavity and cook till golden brown on each side. Your yummy and healthy oats vegetable coins are ready.
