Here’s a refreshing juice to beat the summer heat. The tangy taste of fresh pineapple and the freshness that mint brings along is the perfect combination on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:
Fresh Pineapple : 1 cup (roughly chopped)
Mint leaves : 8-10
Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp
Honey : 1 tsp
Sugar : 1 tsp
Chilled Water : 350 ml
Salt : a pinch
Method of Preparation:
- Add pineapple, lemon juice, sugar and honey to a blender and blend till you have a frothy mixture and there are no pieces of pineapple.
- Add water and pour out the mixture through a strainer.
- Discard the residue and put the juice back to the blender.
- Ad mint leaves and salt and blend till the mint leaves are shredded completely.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Note : You can increase or decrease the amount of sugar based on the sourness of the pineapple and your taste preference.
