This is my moms very simple and yummy recipe for Pineapple halwa. It tastes great with bread and rotis. It also lasts for a very long time in the refrigerator without any preservatives.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Pineapple: 2 cups cut into small pieces
Sugar: 2 cups
Cardamom Powder: 1/4 tsp
Method of Preparation:
- Put the pineapple and sugar together in a pan. Close lid and let cook on low heat till pineapple pieces are cooked and the sugar syrup thickens a little.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
