Mojito is actually a cocktail which is made using rum, lemon, mint, sugar and sparkling water or soda. The mocktail version of it is made using all the ingredients above minus the rum which is often replaced by ginger ale or lemonade. Here’s a recipe with a strawberry flavor to it. In this recipe I have used a strawberry crush, however if you wish you could try with fresh strawberries as well. The reason I used the crush – Well, recently I bought a huge strawberry crush bottle (the intended use was to add some flavor to milk so that I can somehow manage to have a glass. But it is finding place more often in mocktails and drinks non of which include milk even as a minor ingredient ). I am just loving the right flavor and the red color it is adding to my drinks. Here is how you make this gorgeous looking mocktail.
