Amla Chutney

Amla Chutney is a great accompaniment with any snacks or meals. This amla chutney has a fresh tangy taste brought by the amlas which makes it a hit always.

Amla or Indian Gooseberries are packed with several health benefits. Being rich in vitamin C and several minerals, amlas are known for their immunity boosting capability. They are also extremely good for healthy skin and hair. After knowing its so many benefits, I was eager to try some new recipes using amla. This amla chutney turned out so awesome, that I have started making it regularly now.

I always love little accompaniments like Chutneys and Pickles with my meals. I feel they can alleviate the simplest of meals to a delicacy status. Indian Chaats especially are almost incomplete without chutneys(Meetha Chutney, Mint Chutney, Mint Yoghurt Chutney, Coconut Coriander Chutney)
